Matt McCutchen – CEO

matt85Matthew McCutchen is an energetic executive with an aptitude for navigating uncertainty while delivering positive results. Self-motivated with drive to exceed expectations. Extensive experience in managing projects in the federal sector both domestically and international (more specifically Mexico, Afghanistan and Iraq). Firm grasp of Federal Acquisition Regulations and marketing the Small Business Administration (SBA) Tribal 8(a) contractual advantages. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Finance from Northeastern State University of Oklahoma, as well as a State of Oklahoma CLEET Armed Security Guard and Private Investigator License. Ty Taylor – Director, Low Voltage Engineering/Gov. Programs

tyrevTy is a BICSI credentialed Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) with over 30 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.  He specializes in low voltage design/engineering, commercial structured cabling systems as well as program/project management.  He holds an International Business Degree from Chaminade University in addition to numerous technical and design certifications from manufacturers such as Commscope, Panduit, Belden and others.  Ty served in the US Navy for 13 years (’84-’97) on 6 continents as a Chief Electronics Warfare Operator/Advanced Applications and is a veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.  He was awarded a Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal (x4), Combat Action Ribbon as well as liberation medals from the Kingdom of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Miki Padgett  – Director of Security

MP55Miki Padgett is the Director of Security, with a background in international security, intelligence analysis, risk management and humanitarian aid on 5 different continents. He values integrity, loyalty, responsibility and dedication amongst his teammates.

He is a United States Marine Corps and Army veteran (1996-2007), with tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, Haiti and other areas in South America. In the military, he worked in the Infantry and Special Operations community, leading men in reconnaissance, intelligence and water survival tactics.

While finishing his career in the military, he was recruited in Iraq to begin working with the Department of Defense, by other government agencies (OGA). These companies included SOC-SMG (Special Operations Consultants), MVM, McNeil Technologies and AECOM. He applied his specialties in intelligence and training, to aid in contracts throughout Southwest Asia and Africa.

Miki Padgett came on board with Muscogee in 2011 working in Operations. In this capacity, he provided direct support to the Department of Defense in Western Afghanistan, who oversaw infrastructure projects with the Task Force for Business Stability Operations. He now is in charge of all security and intelligence related matters in Latin America and Caribbean. He is also working in Business Development and is a current member of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC)- Bureau of Diplomatic Security.

Miki has 2 B.A.’s in Economics and Spanish from Western Kentucky Kentucky University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During his military career, he was awarded the Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal 2x w/ “V”, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Combat Infantryman’s Badge and various campaign medals.
